1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to codewirebase.digital and consultations supplied by Codewirebase. By requesting and confirming a service, you accept the version provided with your booking confirmation. A website enquiry alone does not create a consulting contract.
2. Services and client responsibilities
The confirmed scope, appointment, fee and deliverables are stated in writing. You agree to provide accurate, lawfully obtained materials and to attend on time. Advice is educational and employment-focused; decisions about applications and offers remain yours.
Codewirebase is not a recruitment agency, immigration law practice, tax adviser or recognition authority. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, salary, residence permission or employer decisions.
3. Fees, cancellation and delivery
Prices include VAT unless a written estimate says otherwise. Payment timing is stated in the confirmation. Rescheduling, cancellation, missed appointments and refunds are governed by our refund policy.
4. Intellectual property
Website text, visual identity and original consultation materials belong to Codewirebase. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use deliverables for your own job search. Your CV and original material remain yours. You may not resell templates or publish consultation materials as your own service.
5. Acceptable website use
Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or use automated means that materially burden the service. External links are provided for context; their operators control their own content.
6. Liability
Codewirebase is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where German mandatory law requires. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law and disputes
German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules where legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Courts have jurisdiction as determined by German procedural law. Please contact info@codewirebase.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
8. Changes and severability
Changes apply prospectively and will be communicated where they affect an existing booking. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
