Who this consultation is for

This intensive is designed for international university graduates who are seeking their first qualified position in Germany, including students approaching graduation and graduates in the 18-month job-seeking period after a German degree. It is most useful when you have a field in mind but your applications are scattered, your CV is not earning interviews, or German hiring conventions feel difficult to read.

It is not immigration legal advice, a job-placement service, or a promise of employment. Questions about residence permits that require legal interpretation should be directed to the responsible Ausländerbehörde or a qualified immigration lawyer.

What we examine

Before the call, send your current CV, your degree subject, and one genuine vacancy you would consider. Your adviser reviews these materials and prepares a comparison between the employer’s requirements and the evidence in your studies, thesis, internships, Werkstudent roles, volunteering, and previous employment.

During the session we:

What you receive

Within two working days, you receive an annotated CV, a written role-and-keyword map, and a four-week action summary. One clarification email is included for seven days after delivery.

We do not rewrite every application document, contact employers on your behalf, certify translations, or provide tax, immigration, or recognition advice. If regulated-profession recognition is relevant, we will point you to the official information service rather than speculate.

How the process works

  1. Request the session. Tell us your degree, current city, preferred language for the call, and target field.
  2. Send preparation material. Your CV and one vacancy are due at least two working days before the appointment.
  3. Meet online. The 90-minute call takes place by secure video link. You may take notes; recording requires agreement.
  4. Use the written plan. Your annotated documents and priorities arrive within two working days.

Sessions are conducted in English. Examples and employer terminology may be in German. You should bring an honest estimate of your current German level because language expectations affect the roles and employers worth targeting.

Fee and scheduling

The fixed fee is €165 including German VAT. Payment arrangements are confirmed after the appointment request; this website does not process payments. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. See the refund and cancellation terms for details.
