Data we process and why
When you contact us, we process your name, email, message, selected consultation and scheduling preferences to answer the enquiry, take pre-contractual steps and deliver a requested service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process invoices and legally required records under Article 6(1)(c). Essential browser storage records your cookie choice based on our legitimate interest in respecting that preference.
Please do not send passports, residence permits, health information or other unnecessary sensitive data through the form.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised service providers may host the website, email and appointment records under data-processing agreements. Data is not sold. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or approved Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary safeguards where required.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Client correspondence and working documents are retained for up to three years after the engagement to address contractual questions, unless you request earlier deletion and no legal need remains. Invoices and tax records are retained for the periods required by German law.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority; for our Munich establishment, this is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
Website form and security
The demonstration form posts to a local mock endpoint and shows a response in your browser; do not rely on it for urgent or confidential communication. We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed risk-free.
