All listed fees include German VAT. Calls are conducted online; limited in-person appointments in Munich use the same rates. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or payment function on this website.
When the scope is different
If you need several applications reviewed, a longer interview panel simulation, or a university group workshop, we provide a written estimate before work begins. The estimate states the documents, preparation time, meeting length and delivery date. You can decline without charge.
Translation, certified document services, immigration advice, job placement and direct employer contact are not offered. We will not add those items to an invoice.
Booking and changes
After your request, we confirm suitability, available times and payment instructions by email. Your appointment is reserved after confirmation. You may reschedule once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations and work already begun are handled under our refund policy.
